TICCC was created by YE youth in a collaborative process with youth from our partner organizations Project A.W.A.R.E. and Just in Time for Foster Youth. It was developed as part of the “Strong Families, Healthy Communities” coalition that was led by the Clinton Health Matters Initiative, an initiative of the Clinton Foundation in partnership with The San Diego Foundation (TSDF) and the County of San Diego (COSD).

“True to our roots, this is a grassroots campaign, and we are relying on you to help lift and support a true safety model of our BIPOC-led organization that is focused on providing a tool for transformation. You are vital to the next steps of this campaign. I am asking you to join me and help support Youth Empowerment as we build a trauma-informed community.”
