Parents on a Mission

Parents on a Mission is offered to both student parents and older parents. It is an evidence-based curriculum that guides parents through sessions focused on Parental Personal Growth, Earning Respect for Parental Authority, The Proper Use of Discipline, Community Building, and Trust and Loyalty. Parents are empowered to be the ultimate authority for their children, taught what that means for their children and what that means for them as parents, and are given guidance on ways to discipline their children that demonstrate authority while inspiring respect. Parents are given skills that allow them to prepare their children to deal with negative influences and peer pressure, inspiring them to develop into contributing members of society. POM is offered in both English and Spanish.
